We require a 50% upfront payment before beginning work on your project. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.<\/li><li>All proposals submitted by Consultant are valid for a period of two weeks from the date of issuance.\u00a0After this period,\u00a0Consultant reserves the right to update or withdraw the proposal without prior notice.<\/li><li>Clients who wish to accept a proposal after the two-week validity period must contact Consultant to negotiate a new proposal or accept the updated version if provided.<\/li><li>Consultant reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.<\/li><li>Late payments may be subject to late fees or interest charges.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><h5><b>Service Refunds:<\/b><\/h5><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>Non-refundable:\u00a0Due to the nature of consulting services and the customized nature of proposals,\u00a0all fees paid for services are non-refundable.<\/li><li>Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, Consultant may consider partial or full refunds based on the specific situation and at their sole discretion. Such circumstances could include, but are not limited to, Consultant&#8217;s inability to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances.Proposal Validity.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><h5><b>Client Obligations<\/b><\/h5><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><div>You agree to cooperate with us and provide information necessary for us to provide the services. You acknowledge that our ability to deliver our services depends upon your full and timely cooperation.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li><h5><b>Communication and Agreement:<\/b><\/h5><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>All communication regarding services and agreements must be made in writing via email.<\/li><li>Client&#8217;s confirmation of a proposal or any other communication confirming acceptance of services via email will be considered a binding commitment.<\/li><li>Verbal agreements or communication through other channels (phone calls,\u00a0social media) will not be considered valid and\/or binding.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><h5><b>Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h5><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><div>Ebound Consultants will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with our services.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li><h5><b>Cancellation and Termination<\/b><\/h5><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><div>You may cancel your service agreement with us by providing thirty days written notice.
